01Foundation
Weeks 1–2: Foundation & Discipline
History of the practice, core philosophies, anatomy of the board, the science behind it, and how to protect yourself.
02Transformation
Weeks 3–4: Transformation
Client preparation, the importance of fascia, contra-indications, basics of psychotherapy, and the future of alternative medicine.
03Beyond Class
Ongoing Support
Certification isn't the finish line — we continue supporting your practice long after the course ends.

Sadhu Nails Reflexology (est. 2019) is the leader in the modern practice of standing on a bed of metal nails. With over 1,000 community practices using our boards, the results have been phenomenal.
This course is taught by licensed professionals. We are currently the only organization teaching the Sadhu Nails Method — a practice crafted to meet the needs of the modern human.
We are selective about our clients and maintain strict standards so the name "Sadhu Nails" remains sacred. Admission is merit-based: anyone willing to learn must provide references of their work and demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn.

Who can enroll?
Anyone seeking a lifestyle transformation or a new modality to add to an existing wellness practice. You'll need at least 2 years of prior practice in a related field — yoga, bodywork, or similar.
Is this program accredited or licensed?
It's taught by licensed professionals and is currently the only certification in the Sadhu Nails Method. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological training.
How is the course taught?
Live, one-on-one — 2 classes a week for 4 weeks, 12 classes total, 16 hours of course time plus assignments.
