Refund policy

Every Sadhu board is handcrafted to order and made for one owner. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Damaged on arrival
If your board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at focus@sadhunailsreflexology.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Order changes and cancellations
Since each board is built specifically for you after checkout, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Please message us right away if you need to make a change.
